Park Description

Port Charlotte Village is a resident owned 55 and older park located on the beautiful southwest coast of Florida. A resident elected Board of Directors and a full time Manager see to the maintenance and day to day operations of the park. A reasonable set of Rules and Regulations and By-Laws help to ensure the beauty and safety of our environment. A monthly assessment ($290.00 for 2023) includes the cost of water, sewer, cable t.v. and lawn mowing. We offer many services and facilities for the enjoyment of our residents. An active Social Club publishes a monthly newsletter with a calendar full of activities such as bingo nights, card clubs, golf leagues, bowling teams and much more! Many special trips and events are planned each year. Our park consists of 435 units interspersed with green belts, small lakes, open recreational areas and lightly wooded picnic areas.
