Port Charlotte Village is a resident owned 55 and older park located on the beautiful southwest coast of Florida. A resident elected Board of Directors and a full time Manager see to the maintenance and day to day operations of the park. A reasonable set of Rules and Regulations and By-Laws help to ensure the beauty and safety of our environment.
